铁代谢异常对肝损伤的影响越来越为人们所关注 ,本文就铁负荷加重病毒性肝炎的肝损伤、肝纤维化 ,以及对治疗的影响进行了综述。铁作为一种强力催化剂 ,促进氧自由基的产生 ,导致肝细胞亚细胞膜磷脂过氧化反应 ,特别是在线粒体和微粒体膜的过氧化损伤 ,通过干扰电子转移导致能量的减少 ,最终使细胞死亡并继发纤维化形成。针对铁毒性采用去铁和抗氧化的治疗方法 ,可以减轻肝损伤和肝纤维化病变 ,可以提高抗病毒疗效。
The impact of abnormal iron metabolism on liver injury is getting more and more attention.
