我厂的DU—500压力机是五十年代进口的老机床,20多年来一直满负荷生产,年深日久,其电气线路的故障日趋频繁。经综合分析后确认其关键问题是:电机、电器等如何用国产件代换;如何重新设计电气线路从而提高运转可靠性。为了充分发挥老设备的潜力,满足生产工艺的要求,节约开支,我厂对该压力机原电气线路作了全面性的改装,经几年运行实践证明取得了较好的经济效果。继此之后对我厂的其它几台类似设备也做了改装,均达到了预期的目的。考虑到本压力机在锻压、冲压机械中具有代表性,其电控线路具有通用性,故简介如下:
The DU-500 press of our factory is an old machine tool imported in the 1950s. It has been producing at full capacity for more than 20 years.
