为了满足压边力随行程和位置同时变化,提出一种液压机压边力二级调节控制系统:基于电液比例技术和PID实现对一级液压垫力的双闭环控制;通过在专用顶出杆上安装力传感器,实现对二级顶出杆力的调节。利用MATLAB/simulink软件的运算和盒形件的拉深实验对系统进行了验证。结果表明,系统的响应速率、控制稳定性和控制精度能符合技术要求。
In order to meet the blank holder force at the same time with the stroke and position changes, a hydraulic pressure control system for two-stage regulation: based on the electro-hydraulic proportional technology and PID to achieve a hydraulic cushion on the double closed-loop control; On the installation of force sensors, to achieve the two top rod force adjustment. The system was verified by MATLAB / simulink software operations and box-shaped drawing experiments. The results show that the system response rate, control stability and control accuracy can meet the technical requirements.
