—、前言用一定形状的试样来测定铸造合金的流动性,已有60多年的历史了。第一次在文献资料中出现流动性试样的是在1896年出版的苏联工业大学教授所著金属工艺学一书中,他用板形试样来测定流动性。1898年用契形试样测定流动性。其后陆续出现了棒形、凹形、驳琴式、球形、行架形等试样(3)(4)(5)(6)这些试样都是利用一定形状的形腔,让金属液自由地流入,以凝固前流动的长度来计量金属的流动性。但是这一过程,不仅受金属本身性能的影响,同时也受到铸型、浇注系统
