人民政协第一届全国委员会第二次会议关于同意各项工作报告的决议中国人民政治协商会议第一届全国委员会第二次会议一致同意刘少奇副主席「关于土地改革问题」的报告,周恩来总理的政治报告,陈云副总理「关于经济形势、调整工商业和调整税收诸问题」的报告,薄一波副主任「关于调整税收问题」的报告,郭沫若副总理「关于文化教育工作」的报告,及聶荣臻代总参谋长的军事报告。中国人民政治协商会议第一届全国委员会第二次会议一致同意沈钧儒院长的人民法院工作报告,并认为:一、在职司法干部应加强政策与业务的学习。二、清理积案确为当前急务,但在清案工作中,必须注意诉讼程序的简化,审判方法的改进,以及各地新的经验的交流。三、人民法院工作是保护人民权利、镇压反动势力、建立并巩固革命秩序的有力武器,希望各级人民政府对各级人民法院予以其体协助并加强领导。中国人民政治协商会议第一届全国委员会第二次会议一致同意陈叔通副主席关于全国委员会常务委员会的工作报告。
Resolution of the Second Session of the First National Committee of the CPPCC on Consent to the Reports of All Work The second session of the First National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference unanimously approved the report of Vice Chairman Liu Shaoqi on the issue of land reform. Premier Zhou Enlai’s speech Political Report, Vice Premier Chen Yun’s Report on the Economic Situation, the Adjustment of Business and Adjustment of Tax Issues, Vice Minister Bo’s Report on Adjusting for Tax Issues, Vice Premier Guo Moruo’s Report on Cultural and Educational Work, and Nie Rongzhen Military Chief of Staff on behalf of the military report. The second session of the First National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference unanimously agreed with the report of the people’s court on the work of President Shen Junru and said: First, serving judicial officials should step up their studies on policies and business. 2. It is indeed a matter of urgency for the liquidation of the accumulated liquidation case. However, in the process of liquidating the case, attention must be paid to the simplification of legal procedures, the improvement of judicial methods, and exchanges of new experiences all over the country. Third, the people’s court work is a powerful weapon for protecting the rights of the people, suppressing the reactionary forces and establishing and consolidating the revolutionary order. We hope that the people’s governments at all levels will provide them with assistance from the people’s courts at all levels and strengthen their leadership. The 2nd CPPCC National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference unanimously agreed on the working report of Vice Chairman Chen Shutong on the work of the Standing Committee of the National Committee.
