我国正处于社会转型时期,在新旧体制的交锋和摩擦中,利益分化和收入分配格局的变化不可避免产生弱势群体。本文对此问题作了探讨。
China is in the period of social transformation. In the confrontation and friction between the old and new systems, the changes in the pattern of profit-sharing and income distribution will inevitably generate vulnerable groups. This article explores this issue.
