我院以往临床使用盐酸丁卡因溶液,用于痔手术后止痛,因作用时间短.后改用丁卡因石蜡油溶液.油溶液较水溶液作用时间长,止痛效果好,一年来经临床使用收到良好的效果.现介绍如下:处方:盐酸丁卡因 2g氢氧化钠适量液状石蜡加至 100ml制法:将盐酸丁卡因溶于约20ml蒸馏水中,倒入分液漏斗内再加入液状石蜡40ml,缓缓加入约5ml1N氢氧化钠溶液,同时不断振摇,使水相中析出的丁卡因转溶入油相,分离油水两相.水相中
