建构主义认为教师的教学行为与教师信念的一致性是构成其成功教学的重要部分。近期某全国性调查研究发现,尽管中国高校教师有着强烈的自我发展的需求,但他们的教学信念与其教学行为之间却存在很大的不一致性。换言之,中国的高校教师对于如何成为一名有效的反思实践者还有着诸多的困惑。本文通过对反思实践中合作反思等方式的阐述,旨在探讨高校外语教师如何能够提高其自我反思能力,以达到自我发展的目的。
Constructivism believes that the consistency of teachers 'teaching behaviors and teachers' beliefs is an important part of their successful teaching. A recent nationwide survey found that despite the strong self-development needs of university teachers in China, there is great inconsistency between their teaching beliefs and their teaching behaviors. In other words, Chinese university teachers have a lot of confusion about how to become an effective practitioner of reflection. This article elaborates on ways of cooperation reflection in reflection practice and so on to explore how foreign language teachers in colleges and universities can improve their ability of self-reflection in order to achieve the goal of self-development.
