本文研究了00Cr12Ni9Cu2TiNbBeRE马氏体时效不锈钢经形变热处理后的组织和性能。实验结果表明,形变热处理使板条马氏体细化,位错密度增加,胞状亚组织形成。时效后析出相得以细化且更加弥散。在对实验数据进行理论分析的基础上,得到屈服强度与组织参数、形变热处理工艺参数的关系式。用能量分析方法推导出冲击韧性和显微组织的定量关系。从而表明,控制该钢强韧性的重要组织因素是马氏体组织、胞状亚组织和析出相。最终为设计处理工艺提供了理论依据。
In this paper, we studied the microstructure and properties of 00Cr12Ni9Cu2TiNbBeRE martensitic stainless steel after heat treatment. The experimental results show that the deformation heat treatment lath martensite thinning, increased dislocation density, cellular sub-organization formation. Aging phase after aging to refine and more dispersed. Based on the theoretical analysis of experimental data, the relationship between yield strength and microstructure parameters and deformation heat treatment process parameters is obtained. The quantitative relationship between impact toughness and microstructure was deduced by energy analysis method. Therefore, it is indicated that the important organizational factors that control the toughness of the steel are martensite, cellular sub-organization and precipitation phase. Finally, it provides a theoretical basis for the design and processing technology.
