The military camp is a large school. In recent years, the university has recruited a number of new groups: national defense students, university student soldiers, direct-track officers and non-active civilian personnel. The characteristics of schools are exams, and their characteristics are knowledgeable. For these high-knowledge groups, the new military camp environment always gives them a lot of new questions and is “interview”. They and the People’s Liberation Army are both subjects of the times, each answering the question and answering each other’s questions. On the one hand, the highly educated groups have become the new way for the People’s Liberation Army to crack down on the proposition of winning an informatized war under high-tech conditions. On the other hand, military camps have also become a new option in their life planning. Naturally, the impact is twofold. They were remodeled by the barracks and they also re-defined the People’s Liberation Army.
