本文的主要内容是负荷波动对推土机动力性和燃料经济性的影响及推土机动态性能的评价方法。分析研究了推土机动态系统的结构模型,在动态下工作时动力性、燃料经济性能恶化的原因,建立了动态性能的评价指标体系及各指标的计算方法。并通过T180推土机现场试验,对其动态性能进行了分析、评价。亦适用于其他循环作业的铲土运输机械。
The main content of this paper is the influence of load fluctuation on bulldozer dynamics and fuel economy and the evaluation method of bulldozer dynamic performance. The structural model of the bulldozer dynamic system was analyzed and analyzed. The reasons for the deterioration of dynamic performance and fuel economy performance when working under dynamic conditions were established. The evaluation index system of dynamic performance and the calculation method of each index were established. And through the T180 bulldozer field test, its dynamic performance was analyzed and evaluated. It is also suitable for other recycling operations of shovel transportation machinery.
