本文采用Reissner厚板理论,选取四边滑支板和对边滑支板作为基本结构,利用迭加法导出了文克尔地基上四边自由矩形厚板的解。这个解计算时间省,可精确地满足自由边界条件,与实验数据和其它数值解符合得较好。利用这个解,本文分析了集装箱堆场水泥混凝土铺面板的受力规律,进而提出了一种受力合理、经济效益大的铺面结构型式,它与目前常采用的一些结构相比,一个堆场可节省上千吨钢材或上百万元投资。
In this paper, Reissner plate theory is used to select the four-sided sliding plate and the opposite sliding plate as the basic structure. The solution of four-side free rectangular plate on the Winkler foundation is derived by the superposition method. The time required for the calculation of this solution can be accurately met with free boundary conditions, which is in good agreement with experimental data and other numerical solutions. Using this solution, this paper analyzes the force distribution rules of cement concrete slabs in container yards, and then proposes a type of paving structure with reasonable force and large economic benefits. Compared with some structures that are often used today, a pile yard is used. It can save thousands of tons of steel or millions of dollars in investment.
