2001年棉花购销体系全面放开后,阜宁县吴滩镇利用区域优势,经省有关部门批准后,联合县供销总社共同投资,创办了合东棉花购销市场,这是迄今江苏省最大的跨省棉花收购、加工、交易园区。目前该园区已筹措资金3000多万元,可望实现利税500万元。 国家棉花收购政策调整后,吴滩镇党委、政府组织20多名经纪人到安徽、浙江等17个省市的棉纺等相关企业调研。决定联合县供销总社在
