海南省委、省政府关于加快我省中部地区发展的决定,在中部各市县产生积极反响,各市县以此为契机,纷纷采取措施,抓住这一历史机遇,加快发展。然而,中部开发,人才是关键。如何搞好人力资源开发,加强人才引进、培养和利用是当前中部各市县面临的重大课题。近日,记者就这一问题采访了中共通什市委书记左会金。
Hainan Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government's decision on accelerating the development of the central region in our province has had a positive response in all cities and counties in the central region. Taking this as an opportunity, all cities and counties have taken measures to seize this historic opportunity and speed up their development. However, the central development, talent is the key. How to do a good job in human resources development and to strengthen the introduction, cultivation and utilization of qualified personnel are major issues currently facing cities and counties in central China. Recently, the reporter interviewed the CPC Central Committee Party Secretary Zuo Hui Jin on this issue.
