所谓职业道德,是指从事特定职业的人,在职业活动中所应遵循的带有一定职业特征的行为规范和服务对象之间的行为关系总和。具有道德内涵的行为规范和行为关系,要求从事特定职业的人,必须树立社会主义政治观念,一流的服务意识,廉洁奉公的精神。高校后勤的职业道德建设就是要致力于这种观念的、意识的、精神的建设,也就是精神文明的建设。
The so-called professional ethics, refers to the people engaged in a specific occupation, professional activities to be followed in the behavior with a certain professional characteristics of the norms of behavior and the relationship between clients. Ethical code of conduct and behavioral relationships require that those engaged in specific occupations must establish a socialist political concept, first-class sense of service and honesty and integrity.
