通过对影响混凝土配合比的几个重要因素,即砂率、单位用水量、单位水泥用量、粉煤灰掺量及外加剂种类的综合分析,确定了白石水库大坝碾压混凝土的最终配合比.改进配合比试验达到了优化配合比的目的,降低了水泥用量,从而降低了大坝温度控制的难度;外加剂的使用增强了混凝土的抗冻能力,使得水泥的强度效应与抗冻效应相匹配;粉煤灰的使用改善了混凝土的工作性能.还收集了国内外几十座碾压混凝土大坝的混凝土配合比设计资料进行统计分析,结果表明:本试验推荐的混凝土配合比完全符合现代碾压混凝土的发展趋势
Based on the comprehensive analysis of several important factors which affect the mix proportion of concrete, namely sand rate, unit water consumption, unit cement dosage, fly ash content and admixture types, the final mix ratio of dam RCC at Baishi reservoir . The improvement of the mix ratio test achieves the goal of optimizing the mix ratio and reduces the amount of cement, thus reducing the difficulty of dam temperature control.
