本文介绍了一种用于扫描隧道显微镜(STM)的实时图像处理系统。通过改进形态学运算,定义条件腐蚀、条件膨胀、开运算、闭运算,可滤除幅度大干特定值的噪声信息。选择适当的模板结构和门限阈值,这种改进的形态滤波器既保留了传统形态滤波器的优点,又克服了它的缺点。通过条件腐蚀、条件膨胀、以及邻域平均,可以得到满意的结果。整个系统由FPGA硬件实现,能对STM采集的图信像号进行实时处理。
This article presents a real-time image processing system for scanning tunneling microscopy (STM). By improving the morphological operation, the definition of conditional corrosion, conditional expansion, open operation, closed operation, the noise can be filtered out a large margin of a certain value of the noise information. Select the appropriate template structure and threshold threshold, this improved morphological filter not only retains the advantages of the traditional morphological filter, but also overcome its shortcomings. Satisfactory results can be obtained through conditional erosion, conditional expansion, and neighborhood averaging. The whole system is realized by FPGA hardware and can process real-time image information collected by STM in real time.
