家长辅导孩子学习,一般有这样几种方式:检查作业,解决难题,听写背书,补充练习,等等。这些固然可以起到辅导和督促的作用,但我以为更重要的是:应该帮助孩子掌握学习周期。张秉费同志曾把售货工作归纳为六个环节:一问,二拿,三称,四包,五算,六收。这六个环节组成了售货工作的周期。实际上任何工作都有一个相应的周期。农民种地要经过播种,问苗,中耕,除草,施肥……直至收获,这是一个周期;
