一、管状件的成形条件管状件在成形过程中,其外壁受拉动,内壁受压动,因此极易出现三种不良情况: (1)在压形时:由于外壁在拉动作用下,会产生过于变薄而引起的开裂。 (2)在压形时,由于内壁在压动作用下,会使内壁失稳而起皱。 (3)由于径向压动作用,管子剖面被压扁。为了防止上述情况的产生,确立模腔的几何尺寸,是管状件能否成形的关键。其它还与变形程度、管子材料性质、管壁厚度、弯曲半径、弯曲角度、弯曲方法等有关。
