目的：探讨骨科老年患者的心理和生理特点及护理对策。方法我院选取2012年1月至2016年1月所收治的100例骨科住院患者中65岁以上的老年患者作为本次研究对象，采取回顾分析的方法分析所选患者临床资料，并进行总结其心理和生理特点，并给予相应护理措施，观察这100例老年患者的治疗效果。结果100例老年患者中，有5例患者因为合并症多等特殊情况而无法进行手术治疗之外，其余95例患者都经过手术治疗之后得到了痊愈。结论给予老年患者针对性护理措施能够有效的缩短患者的住院时间，消除或缓解患者的不良心理状况，有效改善其预后。“,”Objective To explore bone in elderly patients with psychological and physiological characteristics and nursing countermeasures.Methods our hospital selected January January 2012 to 2016 from 100 cases of orthopedic hospital patients over the age of 65 elderly patients as the research object,take retrospective analysis method to analyze the selected patients with clinical data,and summarize the psychological and physiological characteristics,and give the corresponding nursing measures were the 100 cases of elderly patients with therapeutic ef ect.Re-sults 100 cases of elderly patients,5 patients because of complications such as special cases and can not be surgical treatment,remaining 95 cases patients are after surgery have healed.Con-clusion to give elderly patients for nursing measures can ef ectively shorten the patients'hospitalization time,eliminate or al eviate the patient's bad psychological condition,and can improve the prognosis.
