目的：分析某医院85例孕产妇死亡原因，了解孕产妇管理系统及救治过程存在的问题，为降低孕产妇死亡率提供合理的干预措施。方法对某医院2010———2014年孕产妇死亡资料进行回顾性分析。结果①五年内总孕产妇活产数为7519例。孕产妇死亡85例，死亡率为1130．47／10万。②孕产妇死亡原因中：直接产科因素占64．71％，间接产科因素占35．29％；死亡构成比差异有统计学意义（x2＝7．353，P＝0．007＜0．01）。进一步分析，直接死因中产科出血、妊高症、感染、和其他原因之间构成分布差异有统计学意义（X2＝27．545，P＜0．001）；间接死因中妊娠合并贫血和其他内科原因的死因构成分布差异有统计学意义（X2＝26．133，P＜0．001）。结论产科出血，妊高症，感染，妊娠合并贫血是孕产妇死亡的四大主要原因。积极治疗孕期合并症及并发症，做好孕产期系统保健，提高专业人员技能培训是降低孕产妇死亡的根本原因。“,”Objective To analyze the factors caused maternal death in central hospital[CHD]of MONO province in Benin from 2010———2014 and comprehend the main factors of mater-nal deaths.Methods The dates of maternal death of CHD in Benin from 2010———2014 were analyzed retrospectively.Results①The total number of live birth was 7519.The total number of maternal death was 85 and MMR was 7519.1130.47/100.000.②Among the factors of maternal death in five years:direct cause of maternity was 64.71%.Conclusions main cause de die de woman in labour:haemorrhage de obstetrics;gestation period from high bood pressure;infect;anaemia.
