听神经瘤约占小脑桥脑角肿瘤的75%~95%。随着肿瘤体积的增大,小脑桥脑角神经血管的正常解剖关系发生了不同程度的变化。掌握这些神经血管位置的变化,对于保留神经血管功能具有重要的意义。本文总结归纳了听神经瘤手术中神经血管位置的变化及保护措施。
Acoustic neuroma accounts for about 95% of cerebellopontine angle tumors. With the increase of tumor volume, the normal anatomic relationship of neuropathies of cerebellar pontine neurons changed in varying degrees. Grasp the changes of these neurovascular positions, for the preservation of neurovascular function is of great significance. This article summarizes the change of neurovascular position in acoustic neuroma surgery and protective measures.
