目的 观察牛磺酸对四氯化碳(CCl4 )诱导的大鼠肝纤维化模型中星状细胞凋亡的影响及其保护机制。方法 将实验动物分为正常对照组、模型组和牛磺酸组,采用CCl4 诱导大鼠肝纤维化模型,研究牛磺酸对血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(AL T)、透明质酸(HA)、型前胶原(PC )、肝药酶和抗转化生长因子β1 (TGF- β1 )以及对激活的肝星状细胞凋亡的影响。结果 与模型组比较,牛磺酸组AL T、HA、PC 水平降低,肝细胞色素P4 5 0、细胞色素b5含量提高,TGF- β1 的表达明显减少,同时促进了激活的肝星状细胞凋亡,明显减轻纤维化程度。结论 牛磺酸有抑制TGF-β1 的表达,促进激活的肝星状细胞凋亡的作用,具有明显的抗肝纤维化作用。
Objective To observe the effect of taurine on apoptosis of stellate cells induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) in rat hepatic fibrosis model and its protective mechanism. Methods The experimental animals were divided into normal control group, model group and taurine group. CCl4-induced hepatic fibrosis model was used to study the effects of taurine on serum ALT, HA, , Procollagen (PC), hepatic enzyme and anti-transforming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1) and on the activation of hepatic stellate cells. Results Compared with the model group, the levels of ALT, HA and PC in the taurine group decreased and the content of cytochrome P450 and cytochrome b5 increased, the expression of TGF-β1 decreased significantly, and the activation of hepatic stellate cells Death, significantly reduce the degree of fibrosis. Conclusion Taurine can inhibit the expression of TGF-β1 and promote the apoptosis of activated hepatic stellate cells, and has a significant anti-hepatic fibrosis effect.
