清河水库位于辽宁省铁岭市清河区，最大库容９．７１亿ｍ３。１９９５年７月，清河水库遇到了百年一遇的洪水，泄洪后，溢洪道有多处磨损、剥蚀，个别地方钢筋裸露，局部底板被掀走。分析其原因，是由溢洪道底板凹凸不平发生气蚀及排水失效所致。建议在今后泄洪过程中，按１、６、２、５、４的顺序开启泄流，对坎下沟谷山岩进行清除，以改善坎下水流边界条件。
Qinghe Reservoir is located in Qinghe District, Tieling City, Liaoning Province, with a maximum storage capacity of 971 million cubic meters. In July 1995, Qinghe Reservoir encountered a once-in-a-century flood. After the flood discharge, the spillways had multiple wear and erosion, bare bars in some places, The floor was lifted off. Analysis of the reasons is due to the unevenness of the spillway floor cavitation and drainage failure. It is suggested that in the future flood discharge process, the discharge should be started in the order of 1, 6, 2, 5, and 4 to remove the mountain rock of Kanxia Gully in order to improve the flow boundary conditions of Hankasu.
