报告直肠癌Miles术后会阴部肿块39例再手术结果。其中10例诊断局部肿瘤复发,29例为疤痕增生形成的肿块。作者分析了肿块形成的原因,认为疤痕增殖性肿块与会阴腔感染和异物刺激有关。而原发癌肿的分期、浸润程度手术清扫范围,以及综合治疗措施是影响局部复发的重要因素。提出对Miles术后会阴部肿块的性质判断是获得合理治疗的基础。强调要结合病史,综合分析,重在预防。
Report results of 39 cases of rectal cancer after the operation of Miles’ postoperative perineal mass. Of these, 10 were diagnosed with local tumor recurrence, and 29 were hyperplastic lesions. The authors analyzed the causes of the masses and considered that the hyperplastic masses of the scars were associated with perineal cavity infections and foreign body stimuli. The stage of primary cancer, the scope of surgical invasive range, and comprehensive treatment measures are important factors affecting local recurrence. It is proposed that the judgment of the nature of the perineum mass after Miles is the basis for reasonable treatment. Emphasis is to combine medical history with comprehensive analysis and focus on prevention.
