当前的教育改革提倡教育为社会主义市场经济服务。为市场经济需要培养人才,促进现代化建设,是我国教育事业发展获得生机活力的关键。但是,教育究竟如何为市场经济服务,在具体运作中如何与市场经济有机结合,政府在教育市场化发展的道路上应该扮演何种角色,却仁者见仁,智者见智。本文从政府对市场经济的调控角度出发,通过对政府调控教育的手段分析,阐述了新形势下教育发展与经济进步以及政府管理之间的联系。
The current education reform advocates that education serve the socialist market economy. It is the key for our country to gain vitality in the development of education because it is necessary for the market economy to train qualified personnel and promote modernization. However, how exactly education serves the market economy, how it is integrated with the market economy in its concrete operation, and what role the government should play in the marketization of education should be seen from the perspective of benevolence. Based on the analysis of government regulation and control of market economy, this paper elaborates the relationship between education development and economic progress and government management under the new situation.
