目前有关小型水电工程安全评价以及其影响因素进行分析的文献很多,但是并没有对其因素的影响程度进行合理的排序。从系统工程方法论的角度出发,运用KJ方法论全方位多角度地总结了小型水电工程安全的影响因素,并运用ISM技术构建了影响小型水电工程安全因素的解释结构模型;通过系统分析对不同的因素进行分级,并清晰地判断出相对主要和次要因素,对于研究如何降低甚至消除小型水电工程的危害具有指导意义。
At present, there are many literatures about the safety assessment of small hydropower projects and their influencing factors, but there is no reasonable ranking on the impact of their factors. From the perspective of systems engineering methodology, the KJ methodology is used to summarize the influencing factors of the safety of small-scale hydropower projects from all angles and multi-angles, and the ISM technique is used to construct the explanatory structural model that affects the safety factors of small-scale hydropower projects. Through systematic analysis of different factors Grading, and clearly judging the relative major and minor factors, it is instructive to study how to reduce or even eliminate the harm of small hydropower projects.
