针对液压支架乳化液的污染问题,为满足煤矿自动化生产对乳化液清洁度日益提高的要求,开发了乳化液高压反冲洗过滤站自动控制系统,提出了乳化液反冲洗过滤站控制参数的优化方法。在实验室进行性能测试,实验结果表明,系统工作稳定,运行可靠,压差检测精度达到了0.1 MPa。该系统可有效提高乳化液反冲洗过滤站的自动控制水平,减少乳化液的浪费,为液压支架提供清洁的乳化液动力。
In order to meet the requirement of increasing the cleanliness of emulsion in coal mine automation, aiming at the problem of the pollution of hydraulic support emulsion, the automatic control system of high pressure backwash filter station was developed. The optimization method of the control parameters of the emulsion backwash filter station . The performance test in the laboratory, the experimental results show that the system is stable and reliable operation, pressure drop detection accuracy of 0.1 MPa. The system can effectively improve the automatic control level of the emulsion backwash filter station, reduce the waste of the emulsion, and provide the hydraulic bracket with a clean emulsion power.
