由于天然煤心取心成功率低,孔裂隙分布不均,给室内煤心评价实验带来很大困难,因此用煤样、黏土和水压制出直径准25 mm具有原煤样部分物性的人工煤心。人工煤心的微小裂隙分布均匀,裂隙宽度是天然煤心煤基质孔隙的数十倍,其孔隙度受到压制压力控制,而且液体渗透率和气体渗透率与孔隙度有一定的幂函数关系。不同流体通过人工煤心的渗透率来评价流体对煤储层的伤害程度,为室内评价实验提供有利的基础条件。
Due to the low success rate of heart coring of natural coal and the uneven distribution of pore fissures, it is very difficult to evaluate indoor coal heart evaluation experiment. Therefore, artificial coal with a diameter of 25 mm and a part of raw coal-like material with a diameter of 25 mm is pressed with coal sample, clay and water heart. The tiny fissures of the artificial coal heart are distributed evenly. The fissure width is several tens of times larger than the porosity of the natural coal hearth matrix. The porosity is controlled by the compressive pressure, and the fluid permeability and the gas permeability have a certain power function relationship with the porosity. Different fluids through the permeability of artificial coal core to evaluate the degree of fluid damage to the coal reservoir, providing favorable conditions for laboratory evaluation experiments.
