目的:评价柴胡疏肝散治疗乳腺癌术后伴发抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:将伴有抑郁症的乳腺癌患者35例,用柴胡疏肝散加减治疗,观察患者抑郁程度及中医症状的变化。结果:汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分显示,治疗组经过自身对照,治疗后的HAMD评分、抑郁程度及中医症状积分均较治疗前下降。结论:柴胡疏肝散可减轻抑郁症状,改善乳腺癌患者生活质量。
