多年来,我国企业的经济增长是高投入,低产出,高速度,低效益的。生产、建设、流通领域中普遍存在质量差、品种少、效益下降的现象,企业成本上升,亏损增加。究其原因之一,在于我们不重视企业的技术进步,甚至人为地阻碍企业的技术进步,使企业依靠技术进步的运行机制至今尚未形成。本文就企业技术进步存在的问题和对策作了剖析。
Over the years, the economic growth of Chinese enterprises has been high input, low output, high speed, and low efficiency. In the fields of production, construction, and circulation, there are widespread phenomena of poor quality, few varieties, and declining profits. As a result, the cost of enterprises has risen and losses have increased. One of the reasons for this is that we do not attach importance to the technological advancement of enterprises and even artificially hinder the technological progress of enterprises. The operating mechanism that allows enterprises to rely on technological progress has not yet been formed. This article analyzes the problems and countermeasures in the enterprise technological progress.
