传统的圆孔板板缝混凝土模板施工方法如图1、图2所示。图2作法也有用8号或10号铁丝代替丁字手柄的,拧紧加固。模板工程完成后,浇筑细石混凝土。这种作珐的缺点是,拆模时常在板缝混凝土中造成上下贯通的孔,容易引起楼层渗漏。图1作法虽然没有这种缺陷,但需要间距不大于800 mm 的支撑,不但增加工程成本,也给施工带来很多不便。我们综合图1、图2作法各自的优点,总结出一种新的模板施工方法,见图3。
The traditional construction method of circular concrete slab seam concrete form is shown in Fig.1 and Fig.2. Figure 2 also uses 8th or 10th wire instead of T-handle, tightening and reinforcement. After the construction of the formwork is completed, fine stone concrete is poured. The disadvantage of this type of work is that the holes in the top and bottom of the concrete are often formed in the slab joints during the removal of the mold, which easily causes floor leakage. Although there is no such defect in Fig. 1, there is a need for supports not more than 800 mm apart, which not only increases the cost of the project, but also inconveniences the construction. We synthesize the advantages of Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 and summarize a new template construction method, as shown in Fig. 3.
