目的 :观察睡眠剥夺后大鼠血清细胞因子水平变化 ,探讨睡眠剥夺对免疫功能的影响。方法 :采用小平台水环境法建立睡眠剥夺模型 ,以大平台及正常笼养作为对照组 ,采用双抗体放射免疫法测定大鼠经 2 4、 72及 12 0小时睡眠剥夺后血清白细胞介素 2、 6、 8、肿瘤坏死因子 -α和皮质醇水平变化。结果 :睡眠剥夺组的 (SD) 2 4hTNF -α及皮质醇高于正常对照组 (CC) (P <0 0 5 ) ,与大平台 (TC)组比较无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;SD 72h和 12 0h组IL -2、TNF -α和皮质醇均高于CC组和TC组 ,IL -6高于CC组 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1) ;TC组皮质醇高于CC组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :睡眠剥夺后细胞因子水平升高 ,存在免疫激活 ;细胞因子可能参与了大鼠的睡眠调节
OBJECTIVE: To observe the changes of serum cytokines in rats after sleep deprivation and investigate the effect of sleep deprivation on immune function. Methods: The sleep deprivation model was established by the small platform water environment method. The large platform and the normal cage were used as the control group. The levels of serum interleukin 2 (IL-2) 6, 8, tumor necrosis factor-alpha and cortisol levels. Results: Compared with the control group (P <0 05), there was no significant difference in SD 4 hTNF-α and cortisol between the sleep deprivation group and the control group (P 0 05) ; IL-2, TNF-α and cortisol in SD 72h and 120h groups were higher than CC group and TC group, IL-6 was higher than CC group (P <0.05, P <0.01) Alcohol was higher than CC group (P <0 05). CONCLUSIONS: After sleep deprivation, the level of cytokines increases, there is immune activation; cytokines may be involved in the regulation of sleep in rats
