我叫李新才,现年77岁。1956年参加工作,2000年退休。参加工作时,我只有小学文化程度。组织上为提高我的文化水平,便让我利用上班前和晚饭后的业余休息时间,到西安北大街一所小学设的省干部业余学校补习文化课,使我学到很多文化知识,为以后的工作奠定了基础。在党的关怀培养和革命大家庭的熏陶下,我从一个从黄土地走出来的孩子,逐渐成长起来,不但具备了初中文化水平,而且懂得了为什么要干革命的道理。我出身于贫苦农民家庭,深刻感受过旧社会劳动人民受压迫剥
My name is Li Xin Cai, now 77 years old. Joined the work in 1956, retired in 2000. When I work, I only have primary school education.
