顶岗实习是培养中等职业学校学生实际操作能力和就业能力的有效模式,合理利用顶岗实习是学校提高人才培养能力和自身办学能力的有效保障。对于中等职业学校学生开展的顶岗实习,学校相关领导要充分意识到其重要性,根据学生对顶岗实习的真实想法做好思想引导工作,树立正确的顶岗实习观。立足于顶岗实习的重要性,探究了在顶岗实习的过程中应该从顶岗实习计划的制订、动员与宣传、教学工作与管理工作相结合和考核工作的开展四个方面加强控制。
Internship is an effective mode to train practical ability and employability of students in secondary vocational schools. Proper use of internships is an effective guarantee for schools to improve their ability to cultivate talents and their own ability to run schools. For the internship of secondary vocational school students, the relevant leaders of the school should be fully aware of their importance, and do a good job of guiding ideological guidance according to the students’ real thinking of the internship of posts, and establish a correct concept of internship. On the basis of the importance of internship, it explores that in the process of internship, we should strengthen the control in the four aspects: the formulation of internship program, mobilization and publicity, the combination of teaching and management and the examination work.
