现时期,随着我国东部发达地区经济社会各方面的大发展,人民群众的文化需求不断发生新的变化。在这样的背景下,全面了解当地群众文化活动发展的基本现状,探析影响群众文化活动发展的制约因素,有针对性地提出促进群众文化活动发展的对策建议,对于推进我国东部发达地区乃至全国群众文化活动的良性发展具有重要意义。
