我厂1981年开始应用远红外加热技术,逐步对本厂的四台高压定子线圈模压烘炉进行改装。改装后的烘炉耗电量比原来下降30~35%,线圈绝缘处理的质量也有所提高。对旧炉的改装具体做法是:1.在炉瞠内壁用10mm 厚的硅酸铝耐火纤维毡粘贴上。2.将原功率为24kW 的电热管元件更换为远红外辐射加热元件。功率为18kW。在使用中相继出现了以下几个问题。1.因为炉体内壁增贴了硅酸铝耐火纤维,绝热
