“国外金属热处理”创刊已经十周年了。如果上溯到最初的“离子氮化译丛”以及后来的《国外化学热处理》则已是十四个春秋了。这十四个年头从历史长河来看,只能算是弹指一挥间。但对于创业来说,却是一个漫长的艰难的历程,尤其是在目前印刷、发行都十分困难的情况下就更是如此,更何况许多同志都是利用业余时间参加编辑的。杂志不仅坚持下来了而且不断有了发展,确实是难能可贵的。作为一名“国外金属热处理”的忠实读者,衷心感谢杂志编辑以辛勤的劳动
“Foreign metal heat treatment” has been the tenth anniversary of the start. If you date back to the original “ion nitriles” and later “foreign chemical heat treatment” is already 14 spring and autumn. These fourteen years from a long history point of view, can only be regarded as a fingertip. However, it is a long and difficult course for starting a business. This is especially so when the current printing and distribution are very difficult. Moreover, many comrades use their spare time to participate in editorial work. It is indeed commendable that magazines not only persevered but also developed continuously.
