高等院校校园文化具有丰富而深刻的内涵和严谨的构成体系,具有多方面的价值效应,其中,校园精神文化尤为重要,对促进高等教育发展具有十分重要的意义.本文采用横断面研究的方法,分析探讨天津医科大学校园文化体系建设中精神文化体系培育的成果以及评价.研究结果显示,大部分学生对校园文化体系的构成因素之一校园精神文化的评价较好,校园精神文化体系的培育已经初具成果;本科生和研究生对校园精神文化的评价存在差异,提示需要继续加强校园精神文化的建设.“,”Campus culture in colleges and universities,as a rigorous constitutive system,contains abundant and deeply meaningful connotation.Campus spiritual culture is particularly important.Establishing and cultivating preeminent campus spiritual culture make it great substantial to promote the development of education on campus.A cross-sectional study was conducted with statistical method to evaluate the achievements and defects of campus spiritual culture construction in Tianjin Medical University.Most of the students consider the campus spiritual culture in campus systematic culture is better.But there is a statistical difference in the evaluation between undergraduates and graduates.Though the establishment and cultivation of campus spiritual culture in Tianjin Medical University has already achieved a lot,it still needs to be improved in some aspects.And special attention should be paid to the construction of campus spiritual culture.
