10月份以来,在全球经济增长疲软、欧债危机持续、美国原油库存连续增加以及中东局势紧张、北海油田生产受阻、美加输油管道暂时关闭以及美国飓风来袭等多空因素交织影响下,国际市场原油价格震荡下行。10月份,美国WTI原油、英国布伦特原油以及亚洲迪拜原油现货价格平均为每桶89.17美元、111.6美元、108.87美元,分别较9月份下降1.98美元、1.26美元和2.35美元,环比降幅分别为5.3%、1.1%、2.1%;与去年同期相比,仍分别上升3.6%、1.9%、1.7%。近年来国际市场三种基准原油价格走势见图1。跟随原油市场下降行情,国际成品油市场价格也出现震荡下行走势。

In October, the spot prices of WTI, Brent and Asian Dubai crude oil averaged US $ 89.17, US $ 111.6 and US $ 108.87 respectively, down by US $ 1.98, US $ 1.26 and US $ 2.35 respectively compared with September, with decreases of 5.3% %, 1.1% and 2.1% respectively, still up 3.6%, 1.9% and 1.7% respectively over the same period of last year.
