工程机械怎么成了凶器?近期,装载机、推土机致人伤亡事故接连发生,反映出工程建设中各方利益之争,同时引发人们对工程机械操作者素质的关注。3月27日,河南省中牟县村民宋合义在自家承包的土地里被开发商装载机碾死。中牟县回应称,经初步调查,这是河南弘亿农业科技公司施工期间发生的一起意外事故。当日,公安部门已介入调查,肇事司机无装载机操作证。3月30号上午,在湖北省巴东县沿渡河镇西边埫村宜巴高速公路29标段建设工地,当地村民因水毁财产补偿诉求与29标段项目部发生纠纷,在交涉过程中,一位村民被水泥罐车碾轧致死。
