在不同水含量有机法制备的V-P-O催化剂母体或La、Fe助催化的V-P-O催化剂母体中,均含有VOHPO_4·H_2O.随着原料中及制备过程中水含量的减少,使用后的V-P-O催化剂中(VO)_zP_2O_7含量逐渐增多,提高了催化剂对正丁烷氧化制顺酐的活性.Fe的加入有助于正丁烷的转化,但选择性降低.
VOHPO 4 · H 2 O was contained in VPO catalyst precursors or La, Fe-promoted VPO catalyst precursors prepared by different water-content organic methods.With the decrease of water content in raw materials and during the preparation, the content of VO ) _zP_2O_7 gradually increased, which increased the activity of the catalyst for the oxidation of n-butane to maleic anhydride.The addition of Fe contributed to the conversion of n-butane, but the selectivity decreased.
