随着我国社会和经济的不断发展,电力的用量也就随之越来越大。火力发电厂是目前我国电力能量的主要发电形式。在火电厂的建设当中,工程造价的控制就尤为重要。它既综合了经济效益,也考虑了建筑工程当中的技术指标,是一项比较全面的学科。它贯穿着整个建筑项目的所有阶段,那么作为业主来说,希望把火电厂建设的工程造价尽可能的控制在预期的范围,本文就通过分析一些经济、技术等方面的影响,提出一些想法。
With the continuous development of our society and economy, the amount of electricity will also increase. Thermal power plant is the main form of power generation in our country. In the construction of thermal power plants, project cost control is particularly important. It not only combines the economic benefits, but also takes into account the technical indicators of construction, which is a more comprehensive discipline. It runs through all stages of the whole construction project. So, as an owner, he hopes to control the construction cost of the thermal power plant as much as possible within the expected scope. This paper presents some ideas through analyzing some economic and technological impacts.
