班级是学校教育教学工作的基层组织,是教师和学生展开活动的最基本的组织形式。班主任是全班学生的组织者、领导者、和教育者如何管理好班级,对于发展儿童个性、减少儿童心理冲突、增强班级的凝聚力,以及形成良好的道德品质,培养高素质的小学生具有十分重要的意义。虽然学生情况千差万别,班级管理各有差异但是其中还有共性可言的。因此我认为,小学班级管理应注意一下几个问题:
