采用化学氧化法制备了H~+分别与Co~(2+)、Fe~(3+)和Zn~(2+)共掺杂聚苯胺(PANI),即PHCo、PHFe和PHZn。结果表明:过渡金属离子可以促进PANI生成须状“触角”并伴有疏松的空隙结构。在0.2A/g下,PHCo、PHFe和PHZn的比电容分别可以达到354、355和333F/g,经1000次循环后,仍分别保留81.9%、83.5%和78.9%的初始比电容。3种过渡金属离子均可有效促进PANI体相发生苯式-醌式结构的交替转变,利用体相转变产生的氧化还原反应储存能量,其中,Co~(2+)的促进作用最显著。
The polyaniline (PANI) co-doped with Co ~ (2 +), Fe ~ (3+) and Zn ~ (2+) were prepared by chemical oxidation method, that is, PHCo, PHFe and PHZn. The results show that transition metal ions can promote PANI to form whisker “antennae ” and accompanied with loose voids structure. At 0.2 A / g, the specific capacitance of PHCo, PHFe and PHZn reached 354, 355 and 333 F / g, respectively. After 1000 cycles, the initial specific capacities of 81.9%, 83.5% and 78.9% were still retained. All three kinds of transition metal ions can effectively promote the alternation of the benzene-quinone structure in the bulk phase of PANI, and use the redox reaction of bulk transformation to store energy. Among them, the promotion of Co 2+ is the most significant.
