做好班主任工作的前提是要热爱本职工作,对学生要有高度的责任感,要以身作则、言传身教.除此之外,我有两点较深的体会.一、加强集体主义教育.培养学生的荣誉感学生学习和生活在班集体里,班风好坏,无时不对学生产生影响.学生不只从这里获得大量科学文化知识,而且获得人生的真谛.开展创建文明班集体有助于对学生的教育.为了创建一个好的班集体,我注意发挥每个学生的积极性和特长,鼓励学生参加学校或班级开展的各项活动,人人都为班集体争荣誉.
