2007年9月13日,中国共产党的优秀党员,忠诚的共产主义战士,党和国家青年工作、组织和人事人才工作、机构编制工作的优秀领导干部宋德福同志在北京病逝。宋德福同志逝世后,他生前的领导、同事、朋友和许多普通的党员群众纷纷撰写纪念和评论文章,从不同侧面缅怀这位真正的共产党员的高尚品德、优良作风和杰出的领导才能,并于2011年结集出版《宋德福纪念文集》一书。河南省人力资源和社会保障厅副厅长、省公务员局局长刘京州同志写于2006年12月的《读<和谐·公正·清醒·进取>一书的粗浅感悟》、写于2007年9月的《留取翠绿报春晖》两篇文章被收录其中。2012年3月3日是宋德福同志诞辰六十六周年纪念日,本刊特选登《留取翠绿报春晖》一文,以致缅怀之意。
On September 13, 2007, Comrade Song Defu, outstanding party member of the Communist Party of China, a loyal communist fighter, and an outstanding leading cadre in the work, organization and personnel of the Party and the state, and an institution in preparation for the work, passed away in Beijing. After the death of Comrade Song Telfo, the leaders, colleagues, friends and many ordinary members of his party in his lifetime wrote commemorative and commentary articles one after another. They cherished the noble character, excellent style and outstanding leadership of the true communist from different aspects. 2011 published a collection of “Song Telford Memorial Collection,” a book. Comrade Liu Jingzhou, deputy director of the Human Resources and Social Security Department of Henan Province and director of the provincial civil servants' bureau, written in December 2006, read the book “Sense of Harmony, Justice, Awakening and Enterprising,” written in September 2007 “Retained emerald reported Chunhui,” two articles were included. On March 3, 2012, the 66th anniversary of Comrade Song Defu's birthday, we selected the article entitled “Retaining the Emerald Report of Chunhui”, so that we can cherish our memory.
