去年以来,临沭县总工会积极落实全总“两个普遍”的工作要求,按照山东省市总工会的部署,把开展工资集体协商工作作为维护职工权益和服务企业发展的重要抓手,积极争取党政支持,加强部门配合,实施典型引路,狠抓工作落实,取得了明显成效。截止到目前,全县开展工资集体协商工作的企业达到526家,覆盖职工6.2万人。
