目的对天麻素耐缺氧和抗疲劳功效进行研究,为天麻素的进一步开发和利用以及更好入药提供依据。方法昆明种小鼠32只,随机分为空白对照组(给予等容量0.9%NaCl溶液)、复方丹参片组(0.84mg/kg)、天麻低剂量组(20mg/kg)、天麻高剂量组(40mg/kg),每组8只,分别灌胃给药,连续灌胃用药7天后,采用疲劳游泳法,记录时间,观察药物对小白鼠抗疲劳作用;昆明种小鼠16只随机分为空白对照组(给予等容量0.9%NaCl溶液)4只,复方丹参片组(0.84mg/kg)4只、天麻组(40mg/kg)8只,分别灌胃给药,连续7d,末次给药1h后,采用密闭缺氧试验,记录时间,观察天麻素对小鼠的耐缺氧作用。结果在抗疲劳方面:天麻素高剂量组及丹参组优于空白对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);天麻素高剂量组优于天麻素低剂量组(P<0.05);复方丹参组优于天麻素高剂量组(P<0.01),差异均有统计学意义。在耐缺氧方面,各组小鼠差异无统计学意义。结论天麻素能增强小鼠抗疲劳能力。
Objective To study the effect of gastrodin on hypoxia and anti-fatigue, and to provide basis for the further development and utilization of gastrodin and better medicine. Methods Thirty-two Kunming mice were randomly divided into blank control group (given 0.9% NaCl solution), Fufang Danshen Tablet group (0.84mg / kg), Gastrodia low dose group (20mg / kg) and Tianma high dose group 40mg / kg), 8 rats in each group were given intragastric administration. After 7 days of continuous intragastric administration, fatigue swimming method was used to record the anti-fatigue effect of the drugs on mice; 16 Kunming mice were randomly divided into blank 4 rats in control group (0.9% NaCl solution), 4 in Fufang Danshen Tablets (0.84 mg / kg) and 8 in Gastrodia (40 mg / kg) groups were administered intragastrically for 7 days and 1 h after the last administration After the closed hypoxia test was used to record the time, observed gastrodin in mice hypoxia-resistant role. Results In the aspect of anti-fatigue, high-dose gastrodin group and Salvia miltiorrhiza group were better than blank control group (P <0.05, P <0.01), high-dose gastrodin group was better than low dose gastrodin group (P <0.05) Superior to gastrodin high dose group (P <0.01), the differences were statistically significant. In hypoxia tolerance, the mice in each group showed no significant difference. Conclusion Gastrodin can enhance the anti-fatigue ability of mice.
