为了验证电厂某型号风机盘管样机在不同地震载荷作用中的结构完整性和功能完好性,采用多频波法在某型号风机盘管样机的正交轴向(X、Y、Z方向)同时进行激振,将试验要求的响应谱(RRS)转换成人工模拟加速度信号,将该加速度信号作为地震台台面的控制信号,通过该控制信号在某大型高性能地震模拟试验台上对某型号风机盘管样机进行5次运行基准试验(OBE)和1次安全停堆地震(SSE)试验。试验结果表明,某型号风机盘管样机在OBE和SSE试验中及试验后均结构完整,在OBE试验中及试验后功能完好。
In order to verify the structural integrity and functional integrity of a fan coil prototype of a power plant under different seismic loads, the multi-frequency wave method is adopted in the orthogonal axial (X, Y, Z directions) of a fan coil prototype (RRS) is converted into artificial analog acceleration signal, the acceleration signal is used as the control signal of the seismic table top, and the control signal is used to simulate a certain type of wind turbine on a large-scale high-performance seismic simulation test rig Coil prototypes were subjected to five run benchmarks (OBE) and one safety shutdown earthquake (SSE) test.
